Designed to help clients safely manage medications and stay on track with their treatment plans between healthcare appointments. Services may include medication education, reminders, organization, injection administration, and nurse-led support to promote compliance and improve understanding of prescribed therapies. Ideal for clients needing additional guidance, accountability, and support to confidently manage their health at home.
Non-Emergent Transportation
Designed to provide safe, reliable transportation for clients attending healthcare appointments, treatments, procedures, pharmacy visits, and other healthcare-related needs. This service helps ensure clients arrive safely and on time while reducing transportation barriers that may impact access to care. Ideal for individuals who require assistance getting to and from appointments but do not need nurse advocacy services during the appointment.
Nurse Advocacy
Designed to provide clients with a healthcare professional by their side during appointments, procedures, treatments, or important healthcare discussions. This service helps clients better understand their care plans, ask questions, communicate concerns, navigate paperwork, and feel empowered when making healthcare decisions. Ideal for individuals attending appointments alone, managing complex health conditions, or family members seeking additional support for a loved one.
ER/In-Hospital Nurse Advocacy Visit
A Registered Nurse accompanies clients during emergency department visits, inpatient hospital stays, urgent medical situations, after-hours needs, weekends, and holidays. Your nurse provides real-time advocacy, clear communication with the care team, detailed note-taking, care coordination, and expert guidance navigating the healthcare system — ensuring your voice is heard and your care is understood at every step.
Wellness Check-In Visits
Designed to provide clients and families with an added layer of support, reassurance, and nurse-led observation between healthcare appointments. This service is ideal for individuals living alone, managing chronic health conditions, recovering from illness, or families seeking peace of mind regarding a loved one's well-being. Wellness Check-Ins focus on monitoring overall health, identifying potential concerns early, and promoting safety, comfort, and independence at home.
Nurse-Led Care Relief
Designed to provide temporary relief for family caregivers while ensuring their loved one continues to receive compassionate, attentive support. This service allows caregivers time to rest, attend appointments, run errands, work, or simply recharge knowing their loved one is being cared for by a Registered Nurse.
Surgery Recovery Support
Designed to provide compassionate, nurse-led support before and after surgery to help clients recover safely and comfortably at home. Whether preparing for a procedure or transitioning home after surgery, this service offers an extra layer of support, education, and monitoring during the recovery process.
Lymphatic Drainage
A gentle, post-operative massage technique designed to support the body's natural lymphatic system by reducing swelling, improving circulation, promoting healing, and assisting with the removal of excess fluid following surgery. Ideal for clients recovering from BBL, liposuction, tummy tuck, mommy makeover, breast procedures, and other cosmetic or surgical procedures.
Mother & Baby Support
Recovering from childbirth while caring for a newborn can be overwhelming. TYMEDICS provides compassionate, nurse-led postpartum support to help mothers rest, recover, and gain confidence caring for their baby in the comfort of their home. Our goal is to provide personalized support, education, and relief while promoting a safe and healthy environment for both mom and baby.
Travel Concierge Recovery Support
Travel Concierge Recovery Support provides dedicated, one-on-one Registered Nurse care at your surgery destination. Recovery plans are customized based on the client's procedure, destination, recovery goals, travel arrangements, and level of nursing support needed to ensure a safe, comfortable, and personalized recovery experience.

Tyeshia Hutcherson, RN-BSN
Tyeshia Hutcherson is a licensed Registered Nurse (RN-BSN) and the founder of TYMEDICS, with over 6 years of nursing experience spanning pediatrics at Arkansas Children's Hospital, medical-surgical and cardiac telemetry at Baptist Health in Little Rock and St. Mary's Regional Medical Center in Russellville, school nursing, urgent care, triage, and travel nursing.
Throughout her career, Tyeshia discovered something undeniable — she is deeply passionate about the work she does. She pours her whole heart and an immeasurable amount of compassion into every client she serves, and her desire is simple: to help everyone. But she quickly realized that being confined to a single location or hospital made that impossible.
So she took her care on the road. Because having a knowledgeable healthcare professional in your corner isn't just helpful — it's powerful. Having someone who can speak up for you, your family, or your loved ones is top-tier, and frankly, it's underrated. Tyeshia has seen firsthand how confusing, frustrating, and frightening navigating the healthcare system can be — and she created TYMEDICS as the solution.
