This service helps ensure clients arrive safely and on time while reducing transportation barriers that may impact access to care. Ideal for individuals who require assistance getting to and from appointments but do not need nurse advocacy services during the appointment.

A deposit of $25 is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance of $25 is due at the time of service.
